WHO IS KADE WISE?
I was born in Algiers, Algeria in 1988 to indigenous North African parents of Kabyle (Amazigh) lineage. In late 1993, during Algeria’s civil war, my family was selected through the United States Diversity Visa Lottery. On February 28, 1994, we immigrated to Brooklyn, New York in search of safety and opportunity. I grew up at the intersection of cultures — shaped by Mediterranean roots and American possibility.
I discovered the arts at a young age. During my freshman year of high school, I interned at Roc-A-Fella Records, immersing myself in the music industry from the ground up. Between the ages of 17 and 20, I independently released three albums and mixtapes, building an audience locally and online. I later earned a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from CUNY Brooklyn College in 2011, grounding my creative pursuits in business strategy and economic literacy.
In 2012, I lived in Jerusalem, where I wrote a feature-length drama/comedy exploring themes of religion, identity, and cultural tension. I relocated to Los Angeles in 2013 to pursue acting professionally. Beginning in 2016, I built a television career from scratch, appearing in productions across major networks and streaming platforms and working alongside respected actors including Claire Danes, Taraji P. Henson, Ryan Phillippe, Terrence Howard, Danny Trejo, Omar Epps, and Tom Ellis.
After 2018, I experienced what I perceived to be a prolonged and unexplained professional exile within the entertainment industry. Rather than retreat, I pivoted. In 2021, I launched my own real estate investment business, applying my entrepreneurial background to property acquisition and development through 2025.
In July 2025, I filed a public lawsuit concerning events that I contend significantly impacted my professional trajectory. The case, as reflected in the public record, represents my commitment to accountability, contractual integrity, and equal protection under the law.
I identify first and foremost as an immigrant who believes deeply in the American constitutional framework — including due process and equal justice. My advocacy centers on dignity, inclusion, and respect for all communities — across race, ethnicity, religion, and background.
Grounded in faith, guided by principle, and informed by lived experience across cultures and industries, my work now spans creative expression, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement. I advocate for fairness for all without exception — and I believe justice is not partisan, cultural, or selective. It is universal.
