Khaled Ouaaz a/k/a Kade Wise, Plaintiff, sues Fox and several corporate Defendants, for eighteen causes of action and alleging fraudulent concealment as cause for delayed discovery on events that took place in 2018 but were not discoverable until 2024.
Plaintiff files Writ of Mandate with 2nd Appellate District, Court of Appeal on 10/8/25. Petition was routed to Division 4, head by the former Site Judge of the Beverly Hills courthouse from 2018-2023, and close collaborator of the current Site Judge.
On 10/21/25, my Writ of Mandate alleging clear jurisdictional defects and noncompliance with administrative codes and transfer requirements was summarily denied but purported to argue the merits without considering the actual context.
Plaintiff files Petition for Review with California Supreme Court on 10/30/25. In under three weeks, the Supreme Court denied the Petition without any comment regarding the institutional overlaps, financial conflicts, and relations between the current and former Site Judges on 11/19/25.
Plaintiff files fourth verified statement requesting the recusal of the presiding trial judge on 12/3/25. The trial judge struck it for the fourth time on 12/5/25, the same day as the initial Case Management Conference without any Defendants present.
Plaintiff files second Writ of Mandate and Prohibition with the Court of Appeal on 12/18/25, explicitly requesting that the petition not be routed to Division 4. However, it was routed to the same exact former Site Judge of Beverly Hills courthouse, creating a circular pattern of institutional self-preservation.
Plaintiff files CCP §170.1 Verified Statement on 12/19/25, and meanwhile, my second Writ remained in Division 4 despite over 25 pages of exhibits naming the Division's Presiding Justice.
On 1/21/26, Division 4 at the 2nd Appellate District denied my Writ again, disregarded the CCP §170.1 statement, failed to file a verified answer on recusal grounds as administratively required, and it was signed by the Presiding Justice herself.
Plaintiff files second Petition for Review with the California Supreme Court on 1/30/26, focusing mainly on the automatic disqualification of Division 4's Presiding Justice for failing to file a verified answer and thereby nullifying the Order for lack of judicial jurisdiction; it remains pending as of 2/22/26.
15 of 27 Defendants finally respond to the July 2025 Complaint after appearing to evade service for six months and are eager to get the case dismissed before any discovery, testimonies, etc., for a demurrer hearing scheduled for 4/21/26.
